For children from birth to 24 months and their caregivers. Talk, sing, read, write and play together. Share books, stories, rhymes, music and movement in a format especially designed for babies.
Soma Yoga for Adults
Soma Yoga, a therapeutic form of yoga, focuses on gentle movements and poses that help individuals maintain and increase stability, strength and mobility. Poses and movements can be modified based on individual ability. Led by yoga instructor Laura Stanley. All adults welcome.
